Responsibilities
Foster and promote a positive team culture while supporting and communicating organizational change initiatives
Manage the full internal hiring process, ensuring all procedures and documentation are completed accurately
Oversee onboarding and training for new hires to ensure rapid integration and productivity
Serve as the central point of communication across the office, supporting firm initiatives and goals
Lead and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly staff meetings, including tracking deliverables and deadlines
Manage budgets, invoices, bill payments, and P&L reporting for the office and designated client accounts
Oversee the submission and review of all marketing materials
Manage the annual compliance review process and liaise with external compliance partners
Oversee fee and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations within a financial services firm
Proven leadership experience, including direct management of two or more team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional experience preferred
Experience working with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab preferred
