Responsibilities

Proven ability to lead small–medium teams, mentor developers, and manage deliverables
Experience working with regulatory reporting, operations, risk, and compliance systems
Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Apache Camel, XML
Expertise in message queues (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ) and enterprise integrations
Solid SQL skills with RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.)
Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube)
Exposure to financial products (IRD, FX, CRD) and collateral management is a plus
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
10+ years of server-side Core Java development experience
