Responsibilities

Supports the movement and growth opportunities for inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers
Ensures that freight is processed in compliance with governmental regulations (e.g., Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, etc.)
Collaborates with vendors, customers, commercial airline carriers, ocean freightliners, and other internal support groups for the movement of international and domestic air and ocean shipments
Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature
Applies working knowledge of theories, practices, and/or procedures within job discipline
Broadens capabilities and understanding of the company processes, and customers
Performs mostly routine assignments and resolves common issues by using precedents or seeking guidance
Assesses straightforward problems and proposes solutions based on analysis of factual information, experience, judgment, and precedents
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team
Shares factual information with other team members
Receives guidance on a regular basis
