Responsibilities
Provides primary support for helpdesk requests
Responsible for the helpdesk activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems
Ensure that all phases of helpdesk support are coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, resolved and escalated as appropriate
Troubleshoot hardware, application and server issues, including but not limited to, network or local printer problems, and peripheral problems
Provide support to internal employees resolving user issues with specific software applications, including Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and other industry specific applications
Works with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Citrix monitoring remote users
Other duties which may be assigned
Assist with IT projects as needed
Some travel in New Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia area as needed
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook experience required
Team Player, Self-motivated with strong problem solving and customer service orientation required
Good verbal and written communication skills a must
