Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, clients, and external stakeholders
Relevant experience in addiction or mental health treatment settings
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Understanding of addiction treatment models, therapeutic practices, and client care approaches
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment in Roseville, CA

Preferred

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
