Responsibilities
Automatically ingest and clean AMP/BP pricing data and state utilization files to calculate the Unit Rebate Amount (URA) for "S," "I," and "N" drug categories
Replace Model N’s formula builder with LLM-backed functions to handle Inflationary Penalties and complex statutory formulas (e.g., line extension calculations)
Perform automated validation tests on state invoices to identify invalid units, outliers, or duplicate 340B discounts before payment
Manage the end-to-end dispute process by extracting evidence from unstructured PDF documents and generating suggested responses or Prior Quarter Adjustment Statements (PQAS)
Create a central dashboard for "Gross-to-Medicaid" visibility, providing a single click to generate ROSI/PQAS reports and a full audit trail of all processing
Benchmarking and testing of calculation logic against new Regulatory Update Packs (RUPs) to ensure compliance with CMS changes
"Slice and dice" utilization data to identify trends, potential fraud, or waste, replacing the "Medicaid Intelligence" add-on
Qualification
Required
Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions using the Palantir platform
Experience with automatically ingesting and cleaning data
Ability to calculate the Unit Rebate Amount (URA) for drug categories
Experience with replacing formula builders with LLM-backed functions
Knowledge of handling Inflationary Penalties and complex statutory formulas
Experience performing automated validation tests on invoices
Ability to manage the end-to-end dispute process
Experience extracting evidence from unstructured PDF documents
Ability to create central dashboards for data visibility
Experience benchmarking and testing calculation logic against regulatory updates
Ability to analyze utilization data to identify trends, fraud, or waste
