Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of talented machine learning engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth
Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in an agentic framework, with a focus on optimizing model performance and scalability to enhance user experience and drive business results
Oversee the integration and management of AI tools and third-party solutions, including OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Meta AI, and Salesforce AI, to enhance user experience and business performance
Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to build robust, scalable real-time APIs, and work on the entire development process to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our products
Foster innovation within the team, exploring new approaches and techniques to solve complex business problems
Qualification
Required
You have a Master's or Ph.D. in a computer science or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields)
You have 10+ years of experience in machine learning & engineering, with a focus on large-scale distributed application architecture for deploying ML models to production
You are an expert in machine learning deployment, API development, and real-time ML workloads
You are proficient in Python and comfortable diving deep into technical challenges alongside your team
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
