Responsibilities

In-depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
In-depth knowledge (aircraft/vehicle movement and safety/hazards) of flight line operations
In-depth knowledge of using aircraft technical publications-read, interpret, follow and basic comprehension of schematic diagrams, drawings, and charts
Working knowledge (input and extract data) of maintenance database technology
Formal or Specialized Training/Equivalent on assigned aircraft and equipment
Willingness and ability to work shifts as assigned and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team if required
Capable of completing/passing a required physical exam for flight operations
Ability to work in the established CONUS work environment, work shift schedules as assigned 5 days a week with the possibility to work 13 weekends

Required

Active TS/SCI security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate (A&P license)
Minimum of three (3) years aircraft mechanic level experience
Minimum of 2 years Experience in the use of common hand and special tools/testers as required for aircraft maintenance
Valid State Driver's License
Valid US Passport
In-depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred

Recent King Air, B200 or 350 experience on civilian and military platforms including Pratt & Whitney PT6 turboprop experience is strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently or within a group
