Help Desk Technician

They are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on technical support to sales professionals, office staff, and manufacturing teams across their global organization.

Responsibilities
Configure and deploy Windows computers, Macs, and Apple iPads in accordance with company standards
Assist with the installation and setup of computers and printers on the local area network (LAN)
Provide timely, high-quality support to end users by responding to help desk requests and trouble tickets
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Exchange/Outlook, cloud printing, Citrix, Apple devices, LAN connectivity, and phone systems
Serve as a first point of contact for technology-related issues, resolving hardware, software, network, and system problems prior to escalation
Support internal business applications and ensure a smooth technology experience for employees
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of Help Desk experience
Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
Experience with Exchange/Outlook support
Preferred
Exposure to Citrix/virtualization, VoIP systems, and Apple devices
