Caltrans District 3 is seeking an Accounting Administrator II to join their Fiscal Services Division. Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordinating, and reporting functions of the Accounting Branch’s Disbursement Section for CARB and CalEPA
Managing financial transactions related to vendor invoice payments, reimbursements, salary advances, expense advances, travel advances, and travel expense claims for both the CARB and the CalEPA

Degree and/or School Transcripts
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Knowledge of State Controller's Office (SCO) systems and processes, Fi$Cal, Department of Finance requirements
Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to interpret complex fiscal guidance and develop clear recommendations
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance internal controls
Thorough understanding of state laws, rules, regulations, and policies applicable to accounting, fiscal management, and statewide administrative operations
