Responsibilities
Conduct audits of ERP systems to identify inefficiencies, data issues, and compliance gaps
Review workflows, configurations, and data integrity across ERP modules
Ensure ERP usage aligns with business needs, internal controls, and regulatory standards
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current challenges and pain points
Document and map “as-is” processes and design improved “to-be” workflows
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and failure points; recommend actionable solutions
Define and implement process controls to ensure consistent execution and measurement
Establish QA standards, policies, and documentation for ERP-related processes
Ensure system changes follow governance, audit, and change management practices
Serve as a liaison between IT, business teams, and leadership
Translate business requirements into system and process improvements
Provide guidance, documentation, and training for new or updated processes
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring issues
Recommend automation, workflow enhancements, or system optimizations
Stay current on ERP best practices, QA frameworks, and process improvement methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of experience in systems analysis, QA, process improvement, or ERP-focused roles
Strong experience with ERP systems (any major platform)
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, auditing, and reporting
Proven experience analyzing system workflows and implementing process improvements
SQL and database analysis
Process mapping and documentation
System configuration and workflow analysis
Familiarity with reporting, automation, or workflow tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly recommendations
