Real Estate and Facilities Project Coordinator - 2nd Shift
Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Real Estate & Facilities Coordinator to manage daily office operational needs by coordinating with leadership, vendors, and team members. The role includes maintaining work orders, scheduling maintenance, and supporting incident management to ensure smooth operations across TQL offices nationwide.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain work orders in our facilities internal management system
Work with executive leadership, property management, repair vendors and internal Facilities team members to coordinate resources and schedule maintenance/repair operations for all TQL offices nationwide
Effectively communicate relevant operations and/or project information to the Satellite Operations Manager, REF Director and other project stakeholders
Assist in preparation and maintenance of REF departmental documentation, including but not limited to process/project-related procedures, Safety and Security policies, Incident Management and Business Continuity plans, etc
Provide incident support to minimize business interruptions (e.g. inclement weather, power outages, building inaccessibility, service disruptions, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Available to work Monday – Friday 10am - 7pm
1+ year customer service experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency in providing support
Capable of working independently with minimal managerial supervision
Preferred
Understanding of facilities-type operations in an office environment is a plus
