Responsibilities

Manage multiple emergent capital projects from scope through execution
Support larger base and major capital projects
Partner with plant operations and reliability teams
Develop scopes of work, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules
Oversee contractors and coordinate vendors and material deliveries
Participate in daily plant planning (POD) meetings and onsite execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related)
Experience in a plant, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Project management experience (cradle-to-grave)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working onsite and leading work without direct authority

Preferred

FE exam completed or interest in pursuing
Power generation or heavy industrial experience
