Responsibilities
Build and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse
Translate business requirements into functional solutions that streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making
Design, configure, and implement scalable web applications and reporting tools to support enterprise initiatives
Develop comprehensive system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
Identify critical dependencies and troubleshoot technical challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, estimate efforts, and prioritize enhancements
Support deployment activities and conduct post-deployment reviews to monitor system performance and address issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
5+ years of direct experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI) and Business Analysis
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse), Data Analytics, and Data Visualization
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with strong collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on efficiency, performance optimization, and system reliability
Experience with system design, configuration, implementation, and familiarity with SQL, Azure, or other cloud platforms
Relevant certifications are highly desirable, including: Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100), Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
