Oversee Corporate Accounting, Operational Accounting, Investment Accounting, and ERP/Financial Information Systems
Drive investor-grade reporting, strengthen controls and compliance, and lead ERP/FIS stabilization and long-term transformation
Mentor established leaders across the organization
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership
CPA required
Experience serving as a principal accounting officer in a multi-entity environment
Deep technical accounting expertise
Board/audit committee presence
Proven ability to lead senior leaders (VP/Director level)
Preferred
MBA strongly preferred
ERP/FIS transformation experience—ideally Microsoft D365
Background in private equity portfolio companies or complex platforms
