Support as many as five busy attorneys
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, state and federal e-filing, Styles, Table of Contents and Authorities, and trial preparation
Multitask and prioritize the workload independently
Work in a high-volume, high-energy environment
Availability for some overtime as needed
Qualification
Required
At least five years of litigation experience at a large or mid-sized law firm
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience with state and federal e-filing
Knowledge of Styles, Table of Contents and Authorities
Trial preparation experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong proofreading skills
Organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently
Comfortable working in a high-volume, high-energy environment
Availability for some overtime as needed
