Account Coordinator
VTM Group partners with advanced technology organizations to foster innovation and success. As an Account Coordinator, you will support high-tech clients by building relationships, tracking project details, and facilitating account team meetings while enjoying a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with assigned technology clients and become their go-to resource
Track project details and compile progress/status reports
Create client-facing presentations and deliverables that make an impact
Update and maintain client websites and documentation
Partner with Account Managers to deliver on client needs
Facilitate account team meetings—set agendas, take minutes, track deliverables, and follow up
Represent VTM Group with professionalism via email, phone, and in-person interactions
Travel occasionally (about 25%) for client meetings and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business OR equivalent business experience
3+ years in customer service, account coordination, or project support
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Confident in public speaking and negotiation settings
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Able to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment
Willing to travel up to 25%
