Responsibilities
Create ad creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
Design graphics for email marketing campaigns
Enhance and maintain our Shopify website visuals
Design product images, infographics, and feature callouts
Maintain consistent branding across all creative assets
Create and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook/Instagram Shops
Write and edit clear, compelling product descriptions
Create product videos to explain each product
Ensure pricing, images, variations, and product details are accurate and consistent
Upload new products and keep existing listings up to date
Review listings and site content regularly for accuracy and quality
Suggest improvements to product pages and creatives to increase engagement and conversions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in e-commerce content or creative roles
Strong skills in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva
Basic video editing skills (short-form ads or reels)
Ability to create clean, professional marketing graphics
Experience working with Shopify
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple products and projects
Experience with Amazon listings or A+ Content
Experience with email marketing platforms
Preferred
Experience in lawn, garden, or home improvement products
