Responsibilities
Architecting efficient systems, devising elegant code structures
Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance mobile and web applications using React.JS, React Native, TypeScript, and GraphQL
Ability to own the end-to-end delivery of products from inception to production
Lead a team of engineers and have strong conflict-resolution skills
Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and leveraging modern mobile and web development tools and techniques
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Support the coordination releases in a timely manner and maintain deadlines
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives
Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
5+ years of programming experience with significant experience in frontend frameworks and technologies
Experience with end-to-end full-stack mobile, web, and QA testing
Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful / GraphQL API integration
Familiarity with technologies such as React, Native, React.JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, Git, GraphQL, and gRPC
Ability to manage time efficiently and is highly collaborative
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Preferred
Startup experience strongly preferred in the fintech space
