Responsibilities
Lead identification and structuring of critical initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams
Drive decisions and collaborate with executive-level leaders to influence partners and ensure alignment
Challenge the status quo and spearhead process improvements to optimize operations
Monitor business health via structured processes including SLCs, QBRs, OKR reviews, release impact reviews, and weekly cadences
Track OKRs, metrics, and dashboards; report progress and manage change initiatives across teams
Oversee budget management and financial forecasting to align with organizational goals
Lead strategic planning processes in collaboration with PMM, PM, and other stakeholders
Create regular communications to senior leadership and cross-functional collaborators using multiple mediums
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in SaaS or digital environments
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to present data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences
High emotional intelligence, personal accountability, and collaboration skills to influence at all levels
Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and meet deadlines
