This role involves following instructional design standards and using industry tools to create and measure training courses that support learning initiatives.

Responsibilities
Refine and enhance baseline Planview program materials delivered by the vendor, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment to program standards
Develop additional training content under guidance from the Program (PRG) Team and the OCM team
Package content to clearly communicate process impacts, system changes, and audience-specific implications
Create or refine training assets, potentially including short videos using Clipchamp
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the overall change strategy
Tasks immediately with minimal ramp-up time
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 5 years instructional design/development, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 2 years instructional design/development, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
