Develop and teach the Engineering Systems and Operations Thinking course in the online Master of Engineering Management program
Introduce students to the principles of engineering systems and operational thinking within complex technical environments
Explore how to analyze and design systems that integrate people, processes, and technology to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
Cover topics including systems modeling, operations analysis, optimization techniques, and the role of systems thinking in engineering management
Facilitate face-to-face discussions in a virtual classroom environment weekly over an academic term
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in program field or related degree
3+ years of experience in university-level teaching
5+ years industry experience
Preferred
Terminal degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver graduate-level, online course experiences that are valued by industry
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence
Ability to integrate ethical concepts and broad understandings of diversity
