Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to product managers, portfolio owners, and senior leaders
Drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact financial solutions across multiple agile teams
Lead planning, prioritization, and execution, managing interdependencies and delivery risks
Build strong partnerships and relationships with business, product, QA, UX, and enterprise architecture teams
Manage and mentor technical leads and engineers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity
5+ years of product management experience or engineering/technical lead
Experience with Finance SaaS platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion
Good understanding of tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs (e.g., Spring Boot/Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred)
Broad experience with SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering; working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe
