Responsibilities

Supporting all IA functions required for GXP RDT&E operations in accordance with DoD directives, including 8500.01E and 8500
Support the Security Requirements Document for Test and Evaluation (SRDTE) environment, ensuring compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and conducting vulnerability assessments using tools such as ACAS
Initiating, monitoring, and reviewing vulnerability scans on SRDTE assets, interpreting results, prioritizing remediation efforts, and documenting findings
Generating weekly vulnerability summaries for the Maintenance & Support (M&S) lead, supporting remediation actions such as patching and configuration adjustments
Managing network diagnostics, troubleshooting, supporting end-user accounts, and maintaining asset inventories for the GXP laboratories
Working closely with ISSOs and project leads to ensure all IA compliance documentation, reviews, and timelines are met
Supporting SSP Red activities and assisting in security audits and assessments
Proactive problem-solving, meticulous documentation, and effective communication across technical teams and management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Five to eight years of relevant professional experience
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware/software maintenance, video systems, and cybersecurity frameworks
Working knowledge of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Windows 10/11
Windows Server 2019
DoD cybersecurity requirements, including Authorization to Operate (ATO) documentation
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills
Interpersonal abilities
Sound judgment
Active security clearance at the Secret level
U.S. citizenship
