Analytics & Reporting Manager

They are seeking an Analytics & Reporting Manager to own the transformation of performance data into decision-ready insights across the organization, managing client-facing dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities
Define and own the reporting vision across Supreme Optimization
Own all client-facing reporting delivered via Looker Studio and Power BI
Design and maintain scalable, reusable dashboard templates across clients
Define and enforce KPI definitions, metric logic, and naming conventions
Ensure reporting aligns with client objectives, funnel stages, and business outcomes
Act as the internal subject-matter expert for marketing reporting and visualization
Ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data flows into reporting systems
Integrate data from GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms
Manage and optimize data connectors and pipelines (e.g. Funnel.io or similar tools)
Standardize metric usage and calculations across platforms and dashboards
Partner closely with the Tracking Manager to ensure upstream data quality and structure
Identify and resolve data discrepancies across sources
Lead the build of clear, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards
Design views that reflect funnel stages, channels, attribution, and outcomes
Balance standardized reporting with client-specific customization when required
Evolve dashboards based on internal feedback and client needs
Ensure reporting enables performance diagnosis, not just monitoring
Analyze performance trends across channels, campaigns, and funnels
Surface insights tied to lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
Clearly communicate findings to internal teams and client stakeholders
Support strategic recommendations by diagnosing drivers of performance
Provide guidance or training on how teams should interpret and use reporting
Own QA processes to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
Maintain documentation for reporting logic, definitions, and standards
Stay current with analytics, visualization, and reporting best practices
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data visualization
Strong hands-on experience with Looker Studio and/or Power BI
Proven ability to design scalable, multi-client reporting solutions
Experience integrating data from paid media platforms and GA4
Familiarity with CRM data (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) and full-funnel reporting
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and GTM-based implementations
Excellent analytical, QA, and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator comfortable explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in B2B or Life Sciences marketing is a plus
