Business Development Manager, GEM Service
Rudolph Libbe Group is seeking a driven and consultative sales professional to help grow their GEM Service division in Northeast Ohio. This role focuses on pursuing new business opportunities, particularly in commercial HVAC services, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC service opportunities, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance agreements
Utilize phone calls, emails, drop-ins and networking to prospect target accounts based on facility type, equipment inventory, operational needs, and long-term service potential
Educate customers on the benefits of proper maintenance, energy efficiency, equipment lifecycle planning, and industry best practices
Collaborate with service technicians, account managers, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and company capabilities
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and customer activity records within the CRM system
Travel within approximately a 60-mile radius of the Cleveland office to visit customers and prospects
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to prospect, develop, and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Consultative, solution-based selling mindset with the ability to understand and communicate commercial HVAC concepts at a high level
Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills
Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration and customer satisfaction
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong sense of accountability
Demonstrates uncompromising integrity by representing solutions honestly, setting clear expectations, and prioritizing long-term customer trust over short-term sales wins
