Responsibilities

Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption
Support on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team
Partner with various cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues
Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment

Qualification

Data analysisMusic ecosystem knowledgeProject managementOperational efficiencyFluent in Spanish

Required

2-4 years of work experience, ideally working with data/process improvement and is comfortable working with systems and thinking of ways to improve/increase efficiency
Data analysis & process focused - has strong operational background
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with Entertainment partners
2+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with Entertainment partners
Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital or Entertainment
Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders
Strong operational background - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency
Experience with Data Analysis
Experience with public presentations to a diverse audience

Preferred

Fluent in Spanish
