Responsibilities
Lead and support a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce
Develop and execute regional strategies to accelerate business growth
Drive strong business results in Healthcare Technology Management
Lead succession planning and leadership development
Build and maintain a dynamic, high-performing team
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for health system leadership
Ensure predictable, reliable, and repeatable service delivery
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as client and internal policies
Champion workplace safety programs
Assess financial risks and opportunities; communicate results to senior stakeholders
Provide executive oversight related to healthcare technology cybersecurity risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 7 years of management experience
Minimum 7 years of functional experience in Healthcare Technology Management
Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment
Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships and governance structures
Superior business acumen and budget management expertise
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop leaders
Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
Working knowledge of healthcare cybersecurity challenges and solutions
