Responsibilities
Manage the daily administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and other employee services
Document and maintain standard operating procedures for benefit processes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
Setting up and maintaining offer letter templates within UKG
Managing PTO configuration
Supporting life events, such as new hires electing benefits through the system
Implementing the new time and attendance system for our hourly associates
Completing modifications and configuration changes within UKG Pro
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field required or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working on backend configurations within UKG Pro
3+ years of experience with benefits administration
