Responsibilities
Lead engineering design and technical oversight for power delivery projects
Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices
Ensure compliance with industry codes, utility requirements, and safety standards
Collaborate with project management, estimating, procurement, and business development
Provide technical guidance, risk assessment, and project-level resource and schedule input
Oversee day-to-day engineering operations and ensure successful project execution
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering or related discipline
12+ years of engineering design experience, including 8+ years in power delivery
Strong background in transmission, distribution, substations, and power systems
Experience working directly with utilities
Ability to balance technical quality, cost, and schedule
Preferred
PE preferred
Renewable energy exposure a plus
