Responsibilities
Forecast and plan service parts using material requirements planning systems
Maintain accurate materials and parts master data within enterprise systems
Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, lead times, and demand patterns
Review backlog activity daily beyond automated system alerts
Coordinate with internal supply planning and repair teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Communicate parts availability, order status, shipping, and delivery details to stakeholders
Create and manage purchase orders and stock transfer orders
Monitor service parts inventory against open purchase orders
Develop and maintain reports using Excel and enterprise reporting tools
Prepare and present weekly key performance indicator reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in materials planning, purchasing, or service parts expediting
Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and data management
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience supporting repair operations or service parts environments
Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools such as Tableau
