Lead/train QC Technicians; backup with lab testing
Manage NCRs, RCA (5 Whys/Fishbone), CAPAs; analyze trends
Propose innovative quality checks for production/shipping
Enforce cross-functional quality (Supply Chain to Customer Service)
Coordinate ISO-compliant vendor management/audits
Lead customer investigations; track KPIs like NCR reductions
Drive ISO implementation, audits, SOPs; promote safety
Qualification
Required
3+ years quality management in manufacturing/chemicals
Hands-on NCR/RCA/vendor coordination; ISO leadership experience
People leadership; problem-solving with Lean tools preferred
GMP/SOP knowledge; Excel/digital systems
Comfort in plant/lab environments (lift 50 lbs, PPE required)
