This role contributes directly to partner success across Company’s family of apps by driving data-informed decision-making, partner performance analysis, and program execution.

Responsibilities
Analyze partner account and page performance in collaboration with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Support partner performance reporting, goal tracking, market trend analysis, and forecasting to surface risks and opportunities for in-market teams
Manage partner inbound requests and assist with ongoing partner program management within the Music ecosystem
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams to support program execution and operational efficiency
Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives against operational and technical constraints, and help resolve blocking issues across stakeholder groups
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, adapting to shifting priorities and ambiguity
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner management, or project/program management
Strong data analysis skills with an operational and process-focused mindset
Experience working directly with music, entertainment, or media partners
Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital Media, or Entertainment
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders
Experience supporting partner performance reporting, forecasting, and goal tracking
Comfort delivering public presentations to diverse internal and external audiences
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
Experience improving processes or systems to increase operational efficiency
Background working with cross-functional teams in partnership-driven organizations
