Responsibilities
Architect and build robust backend systems that scale to billions of daily events
Optimize and evolve existing services to improve performance, reliability, and usability
Collaborate across engineering, product, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions
Own features end-to-end—from design and development to deployment and monitoring
Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical specifications
Break down complex tasks into manageable milestones and deliver on schedule
Stay curious—explore new technologies, propose improvements, and share your knowledge
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of professional software development experience and a degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong object-oriented programming skills (Java preferred; Go also welcome)
Experience with Linux, Git, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Background in Big Data, streaming technologies, SaaS environments, or Web Analytics
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to tackle complex challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with edge/service proxies like Envoy
