Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate client projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams
Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, effective planning, and consistent delivery of high‑quality outcomes
Ensure client‑related initiatives support objectives around client health, satisfaction, and long‑term partnership success
Manage internal initiatives that support client success, operational improvements, and enterprise‑level strategic objectives
Oversee cross‑departmental efforts such as technology implementations, process optimization, and enterprise efficiency programs
Champion internal innovation to streamline operations and improve organizational capabilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet, Jira, and other tools, applying Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
Facilitate collaboration across cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
Communicate status, milestones, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client‑facing environments
2–5 years of direct project or program management experience
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and related project management tools
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience leading enterprise‑level change initiatives
Experience in consulting or benefits technology environments
