Responsibilities
Senior Oracle Cloud Compensation techno-functional consultant responsible for configuring Oracle Fusion Compensation modules ( Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, Component Configuration), setting up compensation cycles for merit, bonus and stock plans, integrating with Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management
Gathering requirements and preparing functional design documents, developing and executing testing strategies (unit, SIT, UAT), driving enhancements and troubleshooting configuration issues, supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assessing its impact, conducting workshops with HR and Finance teams
Providing guidance on compensation strategy, compliance and best practices, creating BI/OTBI reports and HCM Extracts for compensation analysis, and supplying insights for budgeting and workforce planning
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation
Strong analytical skills

Experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Compensation modules (Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, Component Configuration)
Experience in setting up compensation cycles for merit, bonus and stock plans
Experience in integrating with Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management
Experience in gathering requirements and preparing functional design documents
Experience in developing and executing testing strategies (unit, SIT, UAT)
