Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, Architects, QA, BAs) to deliver high-impact digital transformation projects
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client business goals
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage work in Azure DevOps to ensure delivery transparency and progress
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and align solutions to desired outcomes
Guide delivery teams through risk management, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution
Partner with Indigo Beam’s sales team to understand client needs and develop compelling proposals
Support client discovery sessions and solution presentations to secure new business
Help clients translate business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps and solutions
Contribute to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing across the consulting team
Stay current on technology trends and industry best practices relevant to client industries
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT program or project management with a focus on digital transformation or software/application development
Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environment with the ability to build trust and credibility with client executives and stakeholders
Proven success delivering complex, multi-phase projects in Agile environments
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management and reporting
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
Experience developing SOWs and supporting presales efforts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
Preferred
PMP or equivalent professional certification
Hands-on experience in solution architecture or software development is a plus
