Program Associate
The U.S.-Indonesia Society (USINDO) is a bi-national, non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between the United States and Indonesia. The Program Associate plays a key role in supporting USINDO’s day-to-day operations and program activities, including the development and implementation of education and exchange programs, coordinating meetings and outreach activities, and providing administrative support to leadership.

Liaising daily with USINDO’s Jakarta office
Providing administrative and technical support to the President and Vice President
Supporting communications with USINDO’s membership and the public
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Asian Studies, or related discipline; GPA 3.3+ preferred)
Strong interest in U.S.–Indonesia relations and education or exchange programs
Excellent English writing and editing skills (Indonesian language skills a plus)
Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, online research tools, and digital platforms
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
