Business Operations Manager
Cisco Systems is a leader in revolutionizing data and infrastructure connectivity in the AI era. They are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to support a large-scale Engineering organization by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and operational execution across engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Partner with finance to own end-to-end annual and long-range financial planning for the Engineering organization
Build financial models to support investment decisions, trade-off analyses, and scenario planning
Act as the primary financial planning business partner to Engineering leadership and finance
Support organizational planning for large scale engineering organization, including Headcount planning and workforce modeling, Hiring prioritization and capacity planning, Organizational design and growth scenarios
Support operational cadence (QBRs, MBRs, staff reviews) with data-driven insights
Establish and improve operational processes, metrics, and reporting dashboards
Define and implement KPI
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Engineering teams
Influence senior stakeholders with clear financial insights and operational recommendations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale operations efficiently
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Finance, or Engineering Operations
Extensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience in large organizations
Direct experience supporting engineering teams of 1,000+ employees, Semiconductor industry experience preferred
Detail oriented, strong SQL and advanced Excel analytical skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis tools (Excel, planning systems)
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree or equivalent experience
Experience supporting hardware, silicon, or systems engineering organizations
Familiarity with semiconductor development lifecycles
Experience working in fast-growing or highly complex technical environments
