Responsibilities
Program and run CMMs using PC-DMIS and/or Calypso
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
Interpret prints and GD&T and translate them into accurate CMM programs
Work directly with machinists and quality to resolve measurement issues
Modify and troubleshoot existing programs
Maintain inspection records and support audits as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on CMM programming experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with PC-DMIS or Calypso (either is acceptable)
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Ability to measure complex, tight-tolerance parts
Comfortable working in a job shop setting with changing parts and priorities
Preferred
Experience in a job shop or high-mix, low-volume environment
Machining or inspection background
Experience supporting first articles and customer audits
