Responsibilities

Tracks purchase orders from release through final delivery

Coordinates domestic and international freight

Proactively resolves supplier or logistics issues before they impact schedules, revenue, or customer downtime

Plays a key role in improving supply chain visibility

Reducing avoidable logistics costs

Supporting reliable execution across all Normet lines of business

Required

Experience in logistics coordination or project expediting

Strong understanding of supply chain management

Ability to track and manage purchase orders effectively

Experience coordinating domestic and international freight

Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve supplier or logistics issues

Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and delivery

Preferred

Experience in the mining, tunnelling, or construction industries

Familiarity with logistics software and tools

Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
