Responsibilities

Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques
Build and integrate AI-powered features into applications and APIs
Work with vector databases for embeddings and semantic search
Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
Ensure solutions follow security, privacy, and ethical AI standards

Required

Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face)
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and embeddings
Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
Experience with REST APIs and microservices
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred

Model fine-tuning experience (LoRA, PEFT, basic RLHF)
MLOps and CI/CD for AI workflows
Multi-modal model experience (text, image, audio)
Background in NLP, ML, or Data Science
