Customer Support Agent

TurboTax USA is a leading provider of tax preparation software and services, dedicated to simplifying the tax filing process for individuals and small businesses across the United States. The role involves providing essential support to TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product features and basic tax software functionalities.

Responsibilities

Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product features, navigation, and basic tax software functionalities
Guide users through downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns
Provide empathetic and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
Participate in a fast-paced training program to obtain certification as a TurboTax Product Expert within three days
Build a flexible work schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week
Support customers via live calls, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure quality service
Maintain a positive attitude and continuously improve your knowledge of TurboTax products and updates
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing insights and best practices with peers
