Responsibilities
Capture high-quality, compelling images during live shows, events, and performances
Work in collaboration with the production team to capture critical moments, audience reactions, behind-the-scenes shots, and stage visuals
Maintain attention to detail, ensuring all images are properly framed, lit, and composed in real-time
Adapt to various lighting conditions and unpredictable live settings to ensure top-notch photography
Edit, retouch, and color-correct photos to enhance their visual appeal
Ensure the final images meet the required specifications (resolution, format, etc.) for publication or distribution across digital platforms and print media
Create and edit promotional content, such as social media images, posters, and other visual materials
Coordinate with producers and designers to ensure visual alignment with branding guidelines
Work closely with the production team to anticipate key moments and plan for photo opportunities
Collaborate with content managers and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content for digital channels
Manage and organize a library of images for future use, archiving content as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in live events, concerts, or television production
Strong proficiency with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
Knowledge of live show production and the ability to anticipate key moments to capture
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, live environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A keen eye for detail and a strong creative vision
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
3+ years of experience in a live production or event setting
Familiarity with lighting techniques and sound systems in live productions
Ability to handle both photography and video assignments, if required
Unrestricted work authorization in the US
