Service Admin
White Star Machinery is a full service Bobcat Dealership specializing in compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. They are seeking a Service Admin to join their busy team, focusing on customer service and organization.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Collect information from the service managers on the service claim for processing. (Extra labor time filed additional parts, serial numbers, and additional invoices needed.)
Gather and prepare warranty parts claims through manufacturers
Assist with part returns for vendors
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Organizational skills to prioritize workload
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities, and willingness to ask for assistance and further training when necessary
Organizational and time management skills
Must be willing to learn
