Responsibilities
Lead enterprise strategic sourcing and category management strategies aligned to Chief Procurement Officer priorities and business objectives
Drive complex, high-value sourcing initiatives including RFx processes, negotiations, supplier selection, and long-term supplier roadmaps
Develop and execute multi-year category strategies informed by spend analytics, market intelligence, and total cost of ownership analysis
Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations to structure compliant contracts and manage commercial risk
Establish and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships to improve performance, innovation, and resilience
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sourcing team through clear goals, coaching, and talent development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Vendor Management, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management within complex organizations
5+ years of experience leading high-value negotiations and enterprise-level sourcing initiatives
5+ years of people leadership and executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
Preferred
7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
7+ years of experience sourcing technology, software, professional services, or other indirect spend categories
7+ years of experience working with vendor management, third-party risk, or legal/commercial contracting teams
