Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support business applications across multiple environments
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support operational needs
Monitor application health, performance, and availability; resolve system and user experience issues
Apply security best practices and recommended information security standards
Support Agile/Scrum delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration details
Assess new tools, technologies, and application features for adoption and improvement
Contribute continuous improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of application development or customization experience
Experience working with enterprise applications in the banking or financial services domain
Hands-on experience with .NET and/or Java
Familiarity with Jira and Agile development methodologies
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and SSO technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD environments, TDD, and automated testing
Exposure to HR or enterprise business applications
Ability to create and maintain application architecture and integration diagrams
