Welcome and direct visitors and clients
Provide excellent customer service over the phone, via email and in-person
Answer, screen and transfer phone calls or take detailed messages
Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests
Assist with reservations; scheduling, cancellations or additional requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service background. Ideally 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail or service industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, guest-focused demeanor and the ability to manage difficult situations
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications or related field (highly preferred)
