Responsibilities
Successfully lead Walz Tetrick’s programmatic strategy and execution, including display, pre-roll video, OTT and DOOH
Build, optimize, and report on programmatic media across key agency accounts
Work closely with Director of Digital Media to develop KPIs and recommend programmatic media allocations across clients’ digital media mix
Manage digital team programmatic deliverables and execution
Help oversee digital team programmatic management, training and development
Act as the main point of contact for programmatic efforts across internal departments and external partnerships
Work with digital team to create reporting templates and dashboards
Work with analytics team to ensure KPIs are measured accurately
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in programmatic media planning and buying across industry-leading DSPs
Experience building custom first-and third-party audiences for activation across omnichannel campaigns
Experience working across multiple clients with multiple campaigns
Positive attitude working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Terrific attention to detail
Strong analytics skills to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI
A self-starter with a curiosity and an eagerness to continue learning
Strategic thinker who demonstrates proactive client service skills
Ability to identify and solve problems
Works well in a cross-functional, collaborative, team environment
