Administrative Specialist 4- Probation Division

They are seeking an Administrative Specialist 4 in the Probation Division to serve as a Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for supporting the implementation of risk assessment protocols and ensuring compliance through training and audits.

Responsibilities
Determine staff training needs and develop curriculum for training programs
Conduct periodic inter-rater reliability observational reviews of probation officers/court services officers administering ORAS/OYAS assessments
Audit officer case plans to ensure compliance with training guidelines and intended use
Provide feedback and coaching to officers following QA reviews
Document quality assurance measures and monitor staff performance
Serve as a liaison and resource for officers regarding assessment instruments and interviewing techniques
Determine staff training needs and develop curriculum for training programs
Participate in ongoing training and certification for evidence-based practices and QA methodologies
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience, two years of which shall be in program development, program coordination, program analysis, program administration and/or administrative research
Driver's License: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform essential duties of the position
Authorization to Work: US citizenship is not required. Selected candidate must be authorized to work in the US according to Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations
